We all know the beautiful world we live in is trying to shine through endless increasing amounts of litter, graffiti, broken glass and vandalism. We call these UGLY SPOTS.

It is an overwhelming and costly task to continually clean up this form of vandalism ----- and it’s not going to go away. We pay for this increasing problem through our current rating system. Do we keep paying increasing rates?
